Whay : Kelantan verstion of Chee Fah

The game of Chee Fah (字花) or Hwah Hwey (花會) is also well known in the State of Kelantan where it is popularly known with the name "WHAY".
But "Whay" in Kelantan is not based on the 36 names of historical persons of China.
Instead it is based on 37 common nouns with equivalent numbers 1 to 37.
As the Chinese in Kelantan are in a very small minority, the 37 common nouns are always known by their Malay names.

Even though there are 37 names used in Whay as against 36 in Chee Fah, the maximum dividend paid by a promoter of Whay is 30 times the original stake.
